Okay, so it’s about this girl who’s from a working class family, but she’s really smart and gets a scholarship to a really good university, but it doesn’t cover housing, so she had to find a cheap apartment near campus.

But low and behold, there not just an apartment but a whole house for rent for crazy cheap. She thinks it kinda sus how cheap it is but still rents the place anyway. But then, odd things keep happening in the house. Like one night she get home from class and there’s an empty keg in the kitchen, but she doesn’t drink. Another night she awoken by Dave Matthews playing on the stereo. Then finally, one night while studying she sees a ghostly figure in a backwards baseball cap and cargo shorts who says “hey babe, wanna see my signed LeBron James jersey.”

That’s when she realizes she’s rented a haunted frat house! Broltergeist!

So then she befriends the campus goth girl who’s into ghosts and shit, and they look through the campus news paper archives to figure out what the frat ghosts unfinished business is, and learn they tried to throw a toga party but the white sheets they got had been treated with a flammable substance and they all burned to death in the backyard after one of them tried to make a flaming shot. So now they need to throw the ultimate toga party to put their souls to rest.
