This sort of revenge only gets worse and worse, and this step too will only escalate the situation. I know because we’ve been neighbors with a guy who would do exactly that, put up a shitnsong on repeat, place the speakers against the wall shared with our home, and leave it at volume 10 while they went a way for the weekend.

This was just one step from their side to escalate it, it ended with the neighbor assaulting my sister and the police preventatively arresting my dad because he was going to murder the neighbor… We had to buy a big bad guard dog (but such a good boy, the best boy) for our protection

What I’m trying to say is: this sort of revenge may feel good for a second, it ain’t worth the trouble down the line though.
