Context, for those neglecting to read the article: Over his support for Palestine Action. He was planning to speak at an event discussing the ban on the group. The title may lead you to believe that the refusal was related to his work in climate academia - which to be clear wouldn’t be entirely surprising, given that he authored a book called How to Blow Up a Pipeline - but this is not the case.
