Welcome to a new issue of This Week in Plasma! This week the Plasma team continued to polish up Plasma 6.8, fixing many bugs. Most of the regressions reported in Plasma 6.8 have been resolved now, so the team moved onto older bugs and squashed a very large number of them! In addition, there are some nice UI and performance improvements:

The latest update broke the new/edit widget dialog for me 🙁

@exdor@programming.dev Yeah… I was looking into that, but having a hard time navigating the bug tracker and seeing if someone else already reported it. Then I ran out of time and had to do something else 😅 Maybe I can try again soon.

Just create a new bug, choose plasmashell and in the remplate scroll around to find the right component. If it isnt perfect not a problem, they can fix it.

Use kinfo to get infos about your system

@exdor@programming.dev Ah, yes, the actual filing of the report wasn’t the issue, it was seeing if a similar report already existed. Because if possible I always try to avoid more work for the developers!
