    Parking along Burgandy Street feels like an issue until you realise there is secret parking just north of it in Cartmell lane.

    Also, there are massive hills there so you’re going to build some serious leg strength on the bike

      Also wear out brake pads/rubber thingies on the bike very very quickly. My bike doctor bloke lives in Watsonia and has to replace these every few months. And he said you do NOT want to find they’re worn out when half way down a hill.
