It is very funny that the “wholesome 0 1984 totalitarian states” of Vietnam, Cuba, China, Laos, the DPRK, etc. Have more independent seats in their national legislatures than the US does. In the US your program has to be approved by the billionaire controlled parties in order for you to have any influence at the national level, buts that’s different cause instead of the government doing it, it’s the oligarchs.
