While that is absolutely the intent of the article, I don’t think it’s controversial to say that Germany does not have much of a military industry at this point. Germany’s industrial base is eroding and energy prices are through the roof which is not conductive to weapons production, Meanwhile, much of existing weaponry has been sent to Ukraine over the past three years.
