Simple Kaffa is from Taiwan, they won some awards with their coffee that they proudly sell in Taipei 101.
I made this is my aeropress this morning. It’s a beautiful coffee. Rich flavor, a bit acidic.
Read that as “Simple Kafka” and was worried it was made from cockroaches at first glance.
Seriously though, hope it is yummy.
