The media under the Biden administration has significantly influenced public perception. This conflict should never have occurred, but it was driven by financial interests, disguised as support for Ukraine. For those who believe that peace is not a viable solution, I ask: how much more territory must Ukraine lose before you reconsider your stance? How many more lives must be sacrificed?

Russia invaded as a disguise for support for Ukraine?

      That’s an “interesting” take.

Lol, I don’t think anyone is interested in hearing the opinions of someone who still thinks it’s cool to sport a v for vendetta mask… What are you, a 15 year old from 2007?

So nothing useful to add to this conversation. Did my comment hurt your fragile critical thinking skills?

Peace is possible but only if Puttler fucked right off.

Puttler has shown he doesn’t care for lives, he bombs innocent people all day. He didnt stop at Crimea back then so why would he stop now?

Its not Ukraine that sacrifices lives its Puttler.

You have yet to address the question. How many lives or how much territory is acceptable? It seems that many are content to see this conflict persist until Ukraine no longer exists, as it is easy to adopt such a perspective when you are not on the front lines.

How many? Cause the ukranian soldiers on the front line already spoke about this. Will you be joining them in their death march or will you sit at home?

I’m not Ukrainian, I live half a world away. This is not my determination to make.

              Where are you from, buddy?

I’m advocating for Ukrainians deciding what to do with their own country. Nothing more nothing less.

I’m an immigrant to Canada. My ancestors fought several of these freedom wars against overwhelming odds. Everything in my national identity demands I respect Ukrainians making the call on that, just like my ancestors did. I would be a disgrace to my ancestors if I didn’t.

If Ukrainians decide that it’s “freedom of death”, that’s for them to decide, just like my ancestors got to decide exactly the same question at least 3-4 times in the past 200 years.

But you didn’t answer my question. Your post history suggests you’re a yank, your account name suggests indigenous ancestry. Which is it? Basically, how much do you have any fucking clue what a national liberation struggle is?

There doesn’t appear to be any substantial or thoughtful input here. It’s clear that media influence has played a significant role in shaping this perspective.

No, the invading force shaped the entire thing. Stop normalising invading countries asshole
