Good video, bias confirming for me about what I thought was going on with the US eschewing soft power for military might. Their intent is to become the preeminent bully in the multipolar world. They will do everything in their power to prevent other poles from rising without paying tribute.
I’m kind of expecting is that the US will ultimately just end up isolating itself. If the economic gravity shifts to Eurasia, then the trade routes to America could become less relevant. Also, with China massively exporting renewable energy and nuclear, the need for oil and gas shipping is diminishing as well. The neighbours of the US will likely be the ones most severely affected by all this.
You are forgetting about South America and Africa with billions of people. We still need to get materials to and from there. It is actually shorter to ship thru the Panama Canal from China to West Africa than around Eurasia
