  • Parter for 10+ years with house, 3 cats and both work full time, one of us works remote. With everything going on and/or burn out time to time……answer is no. You should have a hobby or anything for some alone time. (My experience) As a hardcore gamer from 90s to 2010 with 1,200 games played with about 4-6 hours daily(including MMOs)…… once you find a none game related hobby, (I’ve taken up baking) it’s more rewarding than any game (sorry final fantasy, I still love you!). Not even 40 but damn give me any drink, music and some sun for 15 minutes, bake for 2 hours and then back to the personal grind…. Feed cats, pick on my partner, cook, clean, a tv show, read book and pass out…. Repeat. That’s about 2-3 hours free if there isn’t much to do. Everyone is different but hitting life checkpoints/auto saves is what you end up trying to win the high school.
