Of all the tech advancements made to serve the billionaires, AI is perhaps the only one non billionaires were able to use in retribution, hence why they are scrambling to pass all these regulations regarding it and creating dooms day scenerios (apart from the PR aspect)

Also it is not a Markov machine really (seems like you are using random technical words to look clever), if you have seen Markov chain text generators you will quickly spot the difference.
