During the hiring process at one of my old jobs I asked about a line in the contact/policy that said we can’t talk about our salaries with our colleagues, which is a right protected by labour laws, and the HR woman literally said “wow are you really gonna be that guy” And this was a medium sized business. Fuck HR.

For fucks sakes, I don’t want “realistic” graphics, I want high and smooth FPS, they have been calling their games “realistic” for the past 20 years. Just make the game with a unique art style and optimise it.

Every single “realistic graphics” game looks shit after 5 years while Mario is over here still looking great decades after release.
