You know, when I left reddit a few years ago, I thought I was done reading more shittymorph-style undertakerpasta.
I’m not sure how I feel.
Hello lovelies, I am a (trans)Woman who is still in the process of discovering herself!
I have been working up the courage to be who I am for so long, I am excited to be figuring things out.
Pre-HRT, pre-fashion-sense, and pre-confidence.
Any and all tips and advice from more experienced women are welcome!

She is definitely concerned about something

I’m convinced if we had absolutele proof the planet was headed for a galaxy-spanning wall and all it took to avert the solar system from being destroyed is to press a button in the next decade, politicians worldwide would do nothing because the planet is “too big to fail”

That only matters if it goes to court that high.
I am in no way religious, but every retail job I’ve had that pushes credit cards I break out the Bible verses to inform management I can’t push a credit card on any American, because there’s a verse about not charging your own people interest, and since every credit card does that, It goes against my “religious beliefs”. No manager has ever pushed back against it.

Inner Light is my go-to sad day episode.

I’ve never understood the stereotype that Americans idolize a bunch of old white guys from the 1700s.
Most people I know don’t give a single shit about them, and the ones that do are very vocal about their dislike of them.
It’s pretty widely accepted that they were all garbage human beings by today’s standards.
If you mean Republicans idolizing them but only in specific circumstances that support bigoted worldviews, then sure.

Please explain the racism part.
No really, if it’s racist, I don’t want to further racism, and would like to know how it’s racist.

I meant the shrinkage from hrt lol but from personal experience the feeling of hrt shrinkage has been about what it felt like on cold days, minus y’know the cold feeling.
That said, I think every testicular possessor knows that feeling when you pull out a pair of undies on a winter morning and the cold fabric pushes against them and you flinch in response. It’s not quite pain, but all your torso muscles contracting in reflex might be painful.
Cold shrinkage, in my opinion, isn’t painful.
Don’t worry about being offensive, I genuinely can’t think of how you could have been offensive with that comment.

There are many factors that determine behavior, but this seems like it’s more specific to certain age/socioeconomic ranges and probably more regional.
Just a preface to say: I’ve met plenty, grew up with some, and see a couple every day walking around with their hand in their pants, clearly just caressing their junk.
People are weird

Lmao let’s not pretend urine doesn’t go anywhere but from urethra to toilet. The only people who would read this and think “no, my balls are definitely clean after work and using the bathroom x times today” are either incapable of critical thinking, or 6 and haven’t figured out how liquids work yet.
Anyone with a penis knows shaking it doesn’t keep things clean, and that last little drop of pee likes to try and hang around. And that’s assuming you aren’t a grower who might actually be able to pee on their balls without meaning to.
My dude, if you want to go around with a bunch of guys holding your balls for physical or emotional support, interacting with people who just moments before their hand met yours was also holding themselves, you go for it.
Until then, maybe adjust yourself in the bathroom and wash your hands afterward.

If it shrinking hurt, I and many other women like me would be in trouble lmao

“See, this is why everyone hates moral philosophy professors.”

“Okay I know ICE has been executing people publicly and it’s been on video, but that doesn’t mean immigration control in the US is getting more extreme.”
“okay I know Russian military assets are building up along the Ukranian border and they’re getting tons of aircraft ready and moving troops and armor across the country, but that doesn’t inherently mean they’re going to start something.”
“okay I know that bridge is actively in the process of crumbling and a chunk the size of a bus just crushed my car, but that doesn’t inherently mean it’s not safe to drive on”

Honestly I’m surprised the US government still allows education on anything about how citizens fighting against tyrannical governments works.
I give it 10 years before mentioning any sort of revolution is banned.

Lmao I am hoping maybe in a year or so of hrt I’ll feel pretty, but today that’s not happening, but thanks!
If I try coffee, will it be good? If so, I’ll give it another go.
And the hrt is already doing amazing things, so that part is covered!
This is a nice post. I like this post. Have a good day!

I’d probably go the Mariner route: “I’m gonna work some shit out…”
Well, probably less “murder all my coworkers because therapy is scary” and more “morning workout routine Cardassian prison break” because I don’t hate my coworkers THAT much but I could totally see myself doing some “defend yourself/rescue the hostage” type stuff.

You’re right to push back — this does appear to be AI generated.

“I would prefer not to consume bovine lactose at any temperature”
(said at some point after the episode where he consumes tons of ice cream, probably discovering he is intolerant or at the very least giving himself digestive issues)

Sisko
They met in an episode.
Sisko punches Q, who responds “You hit me! Picard never hit me!”
Sisko: “I’m not Picard.”
I got in trouble at church once as a kid because I asked why the person on stage talking to God is okay and everyone around us is cheering it on, but that year I had seen several people involuntarily committed who also claimed to talk to God and why is everyone so sure one is talking to God and the others aren’t.
Apparently they don’t like questions.
