I have a bunch of doctors that can diagnose ADHD in adults in my bookmarks, but I have yet to make an appointment. It’s difficult because some of them want my family to fill in questionnaires (that’s a big no from me), some will only do the diagnosis but no therapy or medication, and they all cost €400-800.

I’ll try to pick one when I have the time in a few months, but it’s scary as heck :c

And you’re right to complain because those 40 minutes in the morning and the hour after work are both directly linked to your work day. The official work day may only be 8 hours long, but add an often mandatory break, your commute, time to get ready, and time to wind down, and virtually all your waking time is dedicated to your job. That’s a great reason to complain!

Suspending doesn’t work on my computer (there’s an easy fix but I can’t be bothered), so I never considered it, but session restore is a good point. I just put all the tabs in my bookmarks, which I then never open again (ever).

This happens 9 out of 10 times, how the hell do I get my life in order?! qnq

I’m curious whether people who have tons of tabs open ever turn off their computer? I always turn mine off in the evening or whenever else I think I’m done for the day because I never know when I’ll turn it on again, and leaving it running for 14+ hours just doesn’t feel right.
