This. Man, the best movie I’ve seen in the theater in a long while was Everything Everywhere All at Once. Low budget, original, entertaining. I had zero expectations going in and loved the movie. More like that, plz.

I’ve tried multiple times to go IP6 only. I mostly thought, despite my reasonable understanding of IP4, that I was the problem in trying to set it up. I found my dns host was being forgotten multiple times a day, set to something invalid, then it would time out and revert back to the working one. I couldn’t figure out how to connect two computers together for Minecraft.

Now I hear it was just garbage consumer hardware and software? Fuck me. So much wasted time and effort to say nothing of believing I had turned into a tech idiot.

Look at the packages. Try to break it down into architectural layers. Understand in a broad sense what each layer adds to the one before. Rage that it wasn’t so much architected as cobbled together from pieces never designed to fit together. Decry it as total garbage and recommend total rewrite.

And I haven’t browsed Reddit in all that time. I’ll admit to Google taking me there, but I spent no time nor comments there.
