Fun fact it’s already illegal. If it’s indistinguishable from the real thing it’s a crime.
One extra note I would like to chime in to add: It’s a lot easier to fit tons of coverage (side armors, esp. soft ones) into bigger carriers. You can get LBT-6094s and Eagle MMACs used on eBay for about the same cost as a newer carrier that will be harder to armor up. Nylon doesn’t really go bad.
