This is the reason we shouldn’t have bosses. If 99% oft a company disagrees with a tactic that the CEO wants, one person can destroy everything. It’s statistically speaking likely a more narcisstic/psychopathic person at the top.

We need workers cooperatives instead, where decisions are met based on consensus of employees

It can be messy and it can be complicated, but it really doesn’t have to be.

I know and bunch of people including myself who are very adult about their (romantic) long-term relationships. Those people tend to work hard in themselves and their relationships, especially in the first few years though.
