Another loose rule I have is to fill the trash can each week. If it’s not completely full I try to find things to put into it.

The problem is that if he funds things he’s going to trying to influence things to go to the right. He hates “woke”, believes white genocide is a threat, believes in suppression of free speech, hates regulation, etc…

For criminals? It’s because with crypto is easy to quickly steal a large amount and launder it afterward. Also it’s easy to know how much they have if they have your wallet address. So they can’t lie and say, “I just don’t have the money.”

Because it’s a terrible bill to help big crypto at the expense of taxpayers.

Still isn’t going to make them less of a target to criminals. Criminals only want to know if it’s possible to get the crypto.
