Yep sounds like OP’s dual boot issues are due to installing windows last. It only overwrites boot each startup if it doesn’t have its own boot partition.

Also try btrfs on your linux partition for better interop. Somehow, windows btrfs drivers are much more mature than windows ext4 or linux ntfs drivers.

There is also nonsteamlaunchers but I haven’t tried it on desktop. Full disclosure, even on steam deck I swapped back to lutris because updating was clunky. Still, might be an option for you.

I did this then realized there were no android apps I wanted on my steam deck. None that didn’t already have a flatpak anyway.

I’ve been keeping up with feeds to make sure my wife rests and recovers from the c-section. Thankfully MIL has been taking care of most of the house work.

My little man is three weeks old and I just want to enjoy hanging out with him but my mother in law is staying with us and will not shut the fuck up about trump/musk. I have to remind her every three days that I do not want to remember her complaining when I think about my child’s birth.

In other news I have trained myself to wake up every 3 hours to feed him overnight without an alarm.
