They are an integrator/repackager, similar to System 76 in many ways, and seem to have models equivalent to the Pangolin.

It looks like Mauril is an app developed by CBC and (partially) funded by the government.
If you’re looking for more resources, specifically in-person, Alliance Française is in multiple cities across the country and offers more advanced lessons AFAIK.
And if you’re a PR, classes are offered by the government, fwiw.
FWIW, they accept user submissions.
I’ve been using AntennaPod for over a year - moved over from PocketCasts back then - and am very happy with it. I have very simple requirements though, so it might be as full-featured as other options.
I think there’s actually quite a few, per CIRA’s list of registrars, but I haven’t gone through all of them tbh.
