Also… Ja ein Teil, vor allem der Teil, der leicht zu besteuern wäre, würde schnell die Nation verraten. Die tatsächliche Produktion und nicht so leicht zu besteuernde Kapitalien würden vermutlich länger brauchen, um diejenigen die es aufgebaut haben, den Rücken zu zu kehren, aber grundsätzlich stimmt es:

Die könnt der Staat dann auch an der Börse veräußern, aber es ist natürlich immer noch nur eine nicht-Aktie.

Der neue Besitzer hat die selben steuerlichen und finanziellen Rechte und Pflichten aber das ist nur ein Zufall.

Ist doch immer noch besser als die ach so wertvolle Halle zu verkaufen an der die Zukunft der ganzen Produktion hängt :)

Und sollte der Unternehmer aus erpresserischen Gründen versuchen nichts mehr zu produzieren, stellt das Finanzamt fest dass das Unternehmen nichts mehr wert ist und kauft das für einen Euro. Die Treuhand lässt grüßen.

Sollte der Unternehmer versuchen aus dem EU Ausland heraus zu operieren, wird das einfach kriminalisiert. Klar, ist das gegen EU Recht, aber wir haben schon so viele Klagen vorm EUGh - was ist da eine mehr?
