I don’t buy this as a blanket statement. It highly depends on what sort of educational track you’re pursuing.
At least in the US, there are many graduate level healthcare degrees out there that require you to pay for them. Yet they net a well paying career. Ex: physician associate, anesthesia assistant
If you’re specifically referring to research-focused graduate degrees and not job-focused graduate degrees, then I agree with you.

Actually that part is a legitimate classification and not part of the AI nonsense. Broadly, lung cancers are classified as either “small cell” cancers or “non small cell” cancers based on how the tumor appears microscopically. The “non small cell” cancers can be further subdivided into various types.
The reason for this distinction between the two is due to the significant difference in clinical management and prognosis. Having “small cell” lung cancer is effectively a death sentence, whereas the other types are a lot more treatable.
Many are compatible, yes, but I wouldn’t say nearly every one is compatible. My laptop is from 2018 and is not compatible because Microsoft doesn’t like my processor. Despite the fact that I’m sure it would run win 11 just fine.
