It’s starting to grow on me. There are some UX gripes that I have, but overall, it’s not bad.
During the pandemic, my career blossomed. I hit every metric and missed zero deadlines (that was within my control). I got promoted quickly and started leading a team.
Then a company bought us and after implementing a RTO, It was 3 times a week. My productivity dropped. I couldn’t concentrate when I was in the office with everyone’s conversation taking more than 1/2 my concentration.
At the end before I left, I was PIPed for poor performance and my manager tried his best to let me do full time remote.
At the end, I left on my own and found a position with lower pay but fully remote.
