There are creature collector/taming games in this genre AND there are Pokémon clones. Nobody would call Cassette Beasts a Pokémon clone, for example. But this game is literally four letters away from having the same mf name. You don’t think this looks like a Pokémon clone?

The fucked up thing is that no matter how bad and disappointing Starfield was, and no matter how bad and disappointing their subsequent games will be, I’ll still buy and be naively excited for Elder Scrolls VI because Skyrim was such a foundational gaming experience 😩
