I would support it if that were the case, but in reality DEI just means that if you’re not a minority you’re less likely to get that job and those opportunities - as I came to learn by talking with job seekers and employees. Good luck getting hired as a straight, White, man in the US under DEI policies; someone else will always take precedence.
The fact that DEI sounds good in theory but in practice it’s just systematic discrimination. Similar to Affirmative Action but that’s already been settled in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard.
Yes, because the order is an abuse of power. I don’t agree with their policies, but private institutions shouldn’t be bullied by the government. I support their autonomy.
I don’t agree with Harvard (DEI & Pro-Palestinian protests), but I support them defying this order. They’re a private institution, the government is overstepping here.
I don’t bother denying because for you anything Trump/Republican/conservative related = evil. There’s no use. If Kamala, Bernie Sanders or AOC undertook mass deportations of illegals I would’ve supported them too. It’s a good policy.
“Lie to us constantly” like the Democrats claiming with a straight face that Biden was mentally well up until the debate when everybody could see he was senile.🤣
Were you 10 in 2013 when the Snowden leak happened or something? The US intelligence’s mass surveillance program is a documented fact.
I believe the vast US surveillance system has way more knowledge about people they’ve probably had under the radar for God knows how long than biased individuals and media. I trust them over the “everything done during the Trump admin is a bad thing” group.
“Ratioed”? Are you 14? On a platform where votes don’t even matter of all places too.🤣 “Certified shit takes” = differing opinions in an echo chamber.
Productivity is feeling satisfied with what you have achieved. Goal is a sense of purpose.
CECOT was created for the purpose of a large-scale gang crackdown in El Salvador and it has served its purpose extremely well so far. The illegals sent there are gang members. Gang members sent to a maximum security prison made specifically for those kinds of people. Seems more than reasonable to me.
I don’t see the contradiction. Parents owe their kids a great life as they’re the ones who brought them into this world. People don’t owe strangers (bums) anything.
“Troll” in this context = not following the groupthink.🤣
Good, another 10 illegal immigrants and criminals out of the country. CECOT has done wonders for El Salvador.
I was lucky enough to be born to rich parents. Life’s not fair, sucks to suck I guess. Don’t have kids if you don’t have money, they’ll have a shitty life. Easy way to prevent the unfairness of life.
“Need it”? They simply want it & they have the leverage to get it. It’s a symbiotic relationship. Same way I’ll gladly do a valuable person a favor, but won’t help a bum. I get nothing out of it.
Corporations and investors provide society with goods, services, jobs and innovation. What do bums who need “universal basic income” provide again?
I don’t need handouts. The subsidizer would be the populace through taxes, which doesn’t include only wealthy people. Also, just because you have a lot of money doesn’t mean you have an obligation to support bums.
Evidence is just talking with people in person about their lived experiences with the DEI hiring process/work life. Easily accessible to everybody. May I know how what I posted is part of the “right propaganda machine” when it’s literally on Harvard Business School’s website?
