Suing for wrongful termination shouldn’t be a cost to you, the lawyer is paid out of the wrongful termination settlement. This is important because a lot of people may not know that and might just allow their job to be illegally taken. If the lawyer says they want a retainer, find another lawyer, you shouldnt need to pay anyone to fight to keep your job if you are being wrongfully targeted.

They’ve been monitoring me the better part of my life, at this point I’ll fight them to the death if they ever have the nuts to actually show their face. You don’t push people as long as they have without severe repercussions.
