There’s a lot that goes into it, a CDL, heavy physical work, and so on. It may not makes sense. But the central point is that I think it may be more efficient in the long run to demand the value of your labor, than it is to continue to play the game where someone’s asking you to accept less than the value of your labor and you’re trying to figure out how to make do with that.
