IF what you’re saying is true about the case being about a revenge porn case involving a (pretend) 19-year old girl, and the above commenters are claiming it as CSAM or sexting involving minors, then this is gross misinformation and you should not be downvoted so hard for calling it out.
Rose is the underage girl whose photos were traded with Destiny and it came out during the civil case between Pixie and Destiny when she sued over her sex pics being leaked.
It’s a little complicated and Destiny fans will bury conversations in “well actually”s until you want to pull your hair out.
Destiny is currently in litigation for all of this and being investigated for possession of Rose’s pics from when she was underage.
It sounds like this case is actively being investigated by legal authorities, and whether or not Destiny knowingly possessed CSAM is still not determined.
I think the responsible thing for the internet to do is to wait until clearer facts come out, instead of casting judgement early and making the situation way more messy.

The person who catfished Destiny (while pretending to be Rose) leaked a bunch of his explicit images and videos as part of his harassment campaign against him, and Pxie (a different person, not related to the catfisher or the Rose person) is suing Destiny because one of those videos happened to include her.
So they’re essentially both victims of a separate revenge-porn incident, but this case is not about the Rose person at all.
And Velma and fif-t clearly know this, that’s why they backed off as soon as it was clear I could counter the talking points they’re parroting.
