C4 is clearly the best choice, as a sonic screwdriver is unable to deal with wooden doors and light sabers take time to get through blast doors. Both of which C4 has no issue with.
I have not seen enough Trek to compare.
phasers can be set to explode with a couple button pushes.
So phasers are basically c4 that can be tuned anywhere from stun all the way to blow up a house.
Sonic screwdriver isn’t a weapon
Not with that attitude.
