Thumbnail showed Meatloaf, mash, and yams. Was pleasantly surprised.
Could be papaya, pineapple and blood sausage.
It’s clearly chocolate cake, pineapple, and carrot.
It’s not a carrot, it’s papaya.

I don’t know what you are looking at, it is clearly pineapple and cheese with some homebake artsy grain black bread and a smear of dijon mustard.
From the image, the left could have been carrot, the center piece pineapple, and the right one something black pudding-ish. The usual cafeteria dog food.
