I’m sure you looked at the 176,933 precincts in the USA that has over 100 voting systems, with numerous often contradictory practices, and mediums ranging from paper ballots to many other types including the very fancy touch screens. Nobody can prove it did not happen either.
Anyone can say anything about any of the systems, and it would take a panel of experts to explain why it may or may not be a valid criticism.
That is the problem with computer voting in the USA ; it’s inscrutable , the exact opposite of how a democracy should function.
Because no one can prove a negative. Therefore the accusation or claim is null.
Also, it’s not computer voting. It’s a touch screen that then prints out your votes. That’s what you put in the ballot box.
