And Chicago Police Dept uses up HALF of the city budget.
They’re too busy arresting Starbucks workers.
Or protecting Tesla stores
Or cowering outside active school shootings
And that’s only counting the police shootings.
So statistically if I want to shoot someone I should go to Chicago or become a police officer…
If you don’t want to be a cop, you have to go to a poor and/or black neighborhood in Chicago. No telling if they’ll catch you for it but they’ll definitely at least investigate it if it’s in a white area
