I’m looking for a decently featured text editor for Android.

I’m used to Notepad++ on Windows

I don’t code with it, but I do like features like changing Proper Case in selected text, column select copy and paste, and so forth.

I’m not sure about the specific tools your like (such as column select) but I’m aware of a few open source android apps that are designed for similar purposes as notepad++. I use notepadqq on linux and I dont programming, I get the attraction of notepad++

Emacs - open source document editor. Powerful but the interface can be a bit much on a phone.

Acode - open source text editor, designed for phone use.

Squircle - open source text editor, designed for phone use

They can all be used for code editing so do have useful tools in them but I’m not sure about the specific features you’re particularly using in notepad++
