If it were my choice I’d make all you turn off your computers for a day no matter how much energy it took. Lol. You get a daily limit. Maybe then you’d have to go outside or practice making art that isn’t horrendous AI imitation of real humans real art.

Well if simply making an image takes more energy than running my fridge for a week then it’s not worth it. Why are you being so obtuse about this?
According to a quick internet search, an average fridge takes 1-2kWh per day, so that’s at least 7kWh per week.
Making an image takes ~20 seconds. My computer, for example, has a 700W PSU, so it can’t draw more power than that. That’s at most 0.004kWh.
