I still don’t see how that makes them more dangerous to Americans than violent foreign gangs. Sure, they certainly have the means to be a massive pain in the butt, but unless you’re convicted first degree murder or threaten the police with a deadly weapon, they’ll generally leave you alive and with all your limbs intact.
