Yesterday, I tried talking things out with someone in hopes I could salvage a relationship, but this is how she responded because I interrupted her conversation and because of my poor social skills. I kind of think this is my fault even if she shouldn’t have responded this way. I’m reporting this woman and cutting all contact with her, by the way.

Agreed OP, you’re not to blame for this, and this person is definitely unhinged.
I assumed reading the beginning that the OP was male, because she called them a stalker creep, but then towards the end she’s going off on lesbians, so it sounds to me this person is a closeted lesbian/bi/whatever and OP female as well? and she probably had feelings for OP, but then something happened where they were hurt by OP (she even says so in one her unhinged rants) and then later OP says they have a handsome new boyfriend.
Maybe this isn’t the case, (and I also have no experience with this myself, I’m straight) but this person definitely seems like a closeted lesbian that got their feelings hurt and is lashing out. Doesn’t make any of this any less unhinged or crazy, I’m just assessing the situation as i see it from an outside perspective with literally no other background info or context.

this creep has asked me before out of curiosity and i told her the same thing. i think she asked this because she’s into me 😂 well i told my friends to stay the hell away from her and now we all despise that bitch.

No normal person reacts this way to this situation. I’m not saying this to be mean: get some mental help. If you believe you’re being stalked, harassed, whatever, threatenng to kill the person and going off on biggoted rants about lesbians and autistic people is not the way you should be handling that, or is the way a true christian should behave.
