Exploiting the Democratic Process: While it doesn’t give a step-by-step guide to voter suppression, it encourages the promotion of isolationist and extremist political groups to break down faith in public institutions, media, and the democratic process itself.
I think Dugin gets too much credit, here’s a pretty good write-up from an outsider’s perspective. As a Russian, I think it’s one of the most accurate description of what’s been going on.
