Cool skirt! I always like ones that accentuate the hips. Your hair looks a bit wavy, you could try a bit of curl cream or plopping to get it to curl up a bit more and tame a bit of frizz. Maybe moving your part a little more towards the center will help frame your face better too

Is there a way to move your front hair part without it looking odd? My front hair has always flowed to one side and around my face similar looking to OPs, so the part is always to the side. It looks odd for me to try split it more in the center

My fringe hair is also just about as long as the rest of my hair so maybe that’s also a factor… Though it used to do the same even when it was cut around my eyes so maybe not?

How your hair is cut will affect it. If your hair is cut for your usual part, it’ll be shorter on one side and will have slightly uneven layering if you move it. Generally though, moving your part just needs some patience with training your hair or some product to hold it in place. Your hair is used to the part it has, so it’ll resist it to a degree.

I only know curly hair, but a good bit of curl gel evenly raked through my hair keeps my part clean. If your hair is straighter, you may just need to comb a bit of gel into the roots of the part to get it to stay. Supposedly creams or mousses could work too, but my hair is very thick and too strong for that. So I don’t have any experience with them for anything besides frizz management.
