I’m really bad at bios.

Uhh hi I’m Shelby! I’m a trans woman from New York. My interests are fashion, photography, tech and music. So you can expect most of my posts to be about those topics. I pretty much only comment if I have something positive or constructive to say. I’m kind of a golden retriever girlie, so don’t be afraid to reach out. I’m always friendly to respectful people.

This is a kinda alt account for FRYD@sh.itjust.works I’m probably gonna migrate over to this being my main account at some point.

  • What do you mean people in the LGBTQ community don’t talk to you IRL? Do you mean that as a kind of fearing a minority thing or because they’re extra careful about the general rule of not outing people you clock?

I’m a white trans woman, but I live in a very diverse area. So the idea of avoiding someone because of their ethnicity is kinda foreign to me. Where I am, PoC are generally more respectful if not friendly to queer people than most white people are.

  • The vast majority I’ve found just lying by the curb, usually in downtown areas. I’ve also found few during a few different jobs.

One that I can remember I found on top of a branch of a tree by the sidewalk. It was an unusually long key that I noticed when I stumbled into the tree on my way home drunk from a college party.

I used to worry a lot about them and the people looking for them, but I’ve tried to report them in the past but the owner never turned up. People worry about losing keys, but the reality is theres way too many locks to ever know what it goes to.
