Occasionally I can make progress by looping back to a project that has been relegated to the backburner. How do you guys keep focus?
I’ve made peace with not finishing projects. Starting new projects is fun; I usually end up doing the most interesting part, then it gets boring. If finishing it doesn’t hold value, it’s OK to move on.
Multiple drawings, the files for my website that I’d have to put online, an almost fully edited video, the first draft of a novel, the notes for a second novel, half a folder full of photos I still haven’t edited… I’m not upset about not finishing things because they still brought me joy when I was doing them, but I’d love to finish something at some point q-q
I should really finish my pixel art tileset. Maybe somebody can find some use for it if I get it finished
How dare you … I’ll finish it when I finish it okay? 😭
We’d have many more finished projects if we didn’t spend most of our time slaving for capitalist lords
What’s the new project?
I feel seen
