I wanted to be a witch but I procrastinated too long getting costume stuff so I guess I’m going to be nothing.
I saw a suggestion recently of going as adjectives, like “grumpy” or “sad”. Could play with some things in your current wardrobe and some creative eyeliner like drawing tears on your cheeks!

I wanted to go as a witch as well, but my daughter veto’d it because her “other mom is already going as a witch”. But I found a cute alternative as a dragon, so I cannot complain.

Healing from some surgery, same as last year, unfortunately. I miss dressing up, though. My last costume from a party I hosted last year was a punked out version of Alice (von Wonderland) that also had some elements of the American McGee game like the alchemical symbols on the apron and a pretty real solid steel Vorpal Blade that I wouldn’t be able to wear as much in public.
I tend to like to mix costumes with my own styles and I wear a lot of goth and punk styles when I go to shows and such. So I have a lot of elements to mix in.
Thought of a costume too late. Next year I’ll be a moth with trans colors.
