“He SAyS wHAt He tHiNkS!” is one of the very few complete sentences I’ve heard his mouth-breathing supporters offer up as to why they like Trump so much.

Well, yes. He most certainly does.

I couldn’t watch all of this, it was exhausting. How can the people at his rallies be listening to this without realizing his impairment?

They aren’t listening with logic, they are listening with emotion. Their tiny minds are filling in the gaps of logic internally, creating countless fallacies to reaffirm their preconceived notions.

They are morons whose minds are so avoidant of cognitive dissonance that they are hearing what they want to hear instead of what is actually being said.

That was the case the first time around. I could get a sense of what people were getting out of his speeches. Now his dementia is so far off the cliff it’s stunning. Even more stunning, the media says nothing. And not just the oligarch media, none of them say a peep. Not AP News, not even the BBC.

I once had someone tell me that they don’t go to NASCAR hoping for crashes, but they also don’t want to miss one of it happens.

It is hard to imagine that they listen that long. Maybe they sell beer and stuff or maybe they go so they can say that they did.

I’ve recently noticed people looking pretty glazed over on the clips I see.

Talking about the people in the background? They look so bored I’ve wondered if they’re paid. Saw one audience that was clearly college-age kids and damn did they look paid to be there. Can’t quite get it across, but I got that vibe clearly.

Remember the poor translators when he started his first term. They were pulling their hair out.

He’s always been spewing word salad.

Not like this, not even close. In my armchair opinion, his dementia was undeniable about 2021-22. Now he’s in free fall.

If you think he’s “always been like this”, which is a popular opinion around here, listen to him in the early 2000s or even his first term.

Whenever I’ve seen elderly people in the throes of full-blown dementia, they just sit quiet & docile, spacing out and cuddling with a blanket and occasionally mumbling something incoherent & not recognizing any of their family members they’ve known their whole lives. Pray DJT reaches this level of dementia asap.

Well there are also a lot of them that just walk aimlessly everywhere, insult everyone and yell a lot. Granted I work in the ER I’m biased. We end up sedating them just to avoid they harm themselves or others. I guess we could justify sedating trump to protects others?

Dated a nurse who worked the midnight shift in a home for dementia and Alzheimers patients. Love to hear her take.

Yeah, but most people with dementia are not propped up with god-knows-what before being shoved on a stage.

I’ve often wondered what Trump’s loaded on to continue this level of function. Never been around dementia patients, just going on what I see and what doctors have said.

As a sane person, I wonder how many takes it took her to get that whilst keeping a straight face.

can she use a napkin and clear her nose properly? it is completely disgusting what she is doing, on camera she herself did turn on. do people think this is normal?

so it has been suggested it is intentional 🤷‍♂️
