There aren’t too much more than 20M Ukrainians left under Kiev control. Are they going to force the entire population at gunpoint to leave for Europe? Are Kiev forces going to demolish every single home on their way out? Because otherwise, most people, if they haven’t already left, will just stay where they are.
I imagine the real number will be much lower, but still enough to fuel further social unrest in Europe. Western Ukraine is still not heavily affected by the war, and that’s where the exodus is going to be from.
