If only there was something Russia could do to get Ukraine to stop attacking them… Maybe end the war & leave Ukraine? No… Sorry, I’m talking crazy!
In order to be even able to do something like this they need to stop existence of their whole regime and respective structures within it, especially fsb and similar — those are interested the most in never ending wars everywhere.
It’s not impossible. Just requires a huge amount of external ascendency, infiltration and sabotage of mentioned structures.

only 2 cities in russia is important to him: Moscow and st petersberg. he doesnt really mind if everywhere else gets bombed. he just cant afford to have the people in the 2 cities to get attacked.
