As a white guy, it is like that. In the same way it is in female run office spaces. But white guy culture is definitely the most toxic. They feel unashamedly deserving when they find good old boys clubs.

Having worked in a sexist office, it sucks, having worked for good old boys, it sucks. Not being able to call people out on their shit fucking sucks.

I was thinking of reeling in whatever cable survives the destruction after impact. It’d be easy enough to QC it after rewinding.

My wife and I did part of our gift registry at ‘crate and barrel’, they had a business card pot to have a drawing from for some cookware, I had just gotten my first business cards, and remembered a tip I’d read about bending/creasing the business card in half before dropping it in. I tried it and we won a 4 quart ‘le cruset’ sauce pot. It’s the most expensive piece of cookware we have, and it’s amazing. I haven’t used that trick since then, partially out of guilt, partially out of being 1 for 1 on business card draws.

Less patient because I saw and I was patient, and more ‘shit I didn’t know about these’ (they’re both free) pokerogue and infinitode 2 have been taking up most of my time lately.

Most played is going to go to backpack battles thanks to my wife hitting it nearly every night.

Most surprising would be path of exile 2, I didn’t expect it to work so well right off the early access launch
