https://tiddlywiki.com/ is one of my favorites. Even legacy versions still work, since it’s just JavaScript. Tiddloid Lite works well on Android.

You’re federated when you post here. There are definitely instances that are a bunch of nazis, a bunch of instances that are really dumb, and more. It’s the internet. Everything you post is there forever. I like my instance, because it’s the best I’ve found. Finding and identifying your home instance is more important than blocking users and communities.
