If you ask medical professionals , nearly any amount of choking is pretty unsafe/not worth the risk.

Obviously putting your hands there and pretending isn’t a problem, bit anything harder carries substantial risk.

It does ,however, use real electricity and hardware. Which could be used for something else.

Ich brauche aktuell 25-30 min pro Strecke und tue mich schwer für “nur” 90 min Vorlesung zur Uni zu fahren.

Ich kann die Reisezeit allerdings auch gar nicht zum Lernen nutzen. (S-Bahn oder Fahrrad)

Aber 4h täglich erscheinen mir doch sehr viel, auch wenn man im Zug arbeiten kann. Vor allem weil da Ergonomie und Internet auch deutlich schlechter sind als woanders.

The message might come across cold, it has a very professional, clear cut tone to it. It does a good job of explaining why you are unwilling to help though.

But I honestly don’t think that being more cordial would’ve changed anything, it doesn’t sound like he is very understanding…

He probably would’ve been pissed with every non-positive message.

I love skipping ahead in line when card payments fail, absolutely worth it.

Rarely happens nowadays though, and a lot of people still carry at least some cash in Germany. So it only really happens at grocery stores, when people do their big shopping trip.

They’ve also done stuff like that with physical sims too. Obviously they couldn’t prevent you from taking out the sim card, but carrier locking has been/is a thing.

And there’s been times where x phone was only available with y carrier for a while.
