Become a moderator and you can delete comments for everyone in your community. As an admin you can delete in every community from your instance.
You mean that for only a few thousand dollars, I could be @thefartographer@myf.art AND I could provide an unreliable server where instances and users will be randomly purged via script???

I closed registration on my instance for this exact reason. Worst case scenario it’s some spammer collecting logins.
Yep. If you don’t want anyone else, just close the registrations.
