Partly because the public service commission neglected sewer maintenance for 100 years to the point that the EPA stepped in and told them to fix it. Now they’re doing a billion dollars of pipe replacement.

We 100% do. Either by taxes to a county, a private sewage company, or by having someone come to empty your local sewage tank.
